Do I get a certificate if I pass the course?

All the courses have a mastery test at the end. If you pass the mastery test and complete the end of class survey, you will receive a certificate by email.  You can print this at any time.

How many times can I retake the test?

As many times as you like, there is no limit.  We recommend re-visiting the content for the areas where you had difficulty first.

I finished the mastery test, but I did not get my score or my certificate.

If you finished the test and received a completion message, use the Contact Us link in the class and send us a message.  If you received a completion message and did not complete the end of class survey, you will not get a certificate.  If you change your mind, you can retake the test, complete the survey and then receive your certificate.

Do any courses have external certification?

If you are a licenced CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in the USA about half our classes award NASBA CPE credits.  You can learn more here.
