Our range of training products starts with upskilling store supervisors, deputy and store managers, and area managers.  We also provide training for headquarters based store operations people in a wide range of areas, such as financial planning and budgeting, store sales management, omni-channel retailing best practices, selling space management and optimization, visual merchandising, fraud and loss prevention, store based inventory management and competition analysis.

A significant proportion of this training is delivered through e-learning, with many subjects supported by the Retail and Consumer Goods Industry Knowledge Bank mentioned below. The Knowledge Bank also provides coverage of topics that are not specifically addressed in the classes listed below, ensuring a comprehensive range of industry knowledge and resources.
