I’d prefer an instructor led course rather than e-learning, can you do this?

We do not do face to face classes.  We do offer live instructor classes via the internet in appropriate circumstances. Please get in touch via the contact us page if you would like more information.

Is there a course book to accompany the online course?

No.  Our courses do include downloadable summaries of key content and other downloadable resources, such as job aids and tools to help you perform better.  These are described on our product pages.  If you have completed a class survey and your licence is still valid, we email updated resources from time to time as they become available.  You can also licence the WIKI for a very low cost and have online access to a lot of our content and job aids whenever needed.
