Retail Partnering Instructor Led Class
Martec's two-day retail business partnering class is designed as the follow on to the Understanding Retail web-based program and teaches key skills necessary to manage and develop retail accounts.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Analyze an account to identify additional opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans to increase account penetration.
- Identify ways to use the management hierarchy and other resources to aid in account development.
- Understand and demonstrate the ability to effectively present the vendor's message to retailers and brands.
And, as a result:
- Grow more business in the account.

- Desk research and account analysis
