Martec's two-day retail business partnering class is designed as the follow on to the Understanding Retail web-based program and teaches key skills necessary to manage and develop retail accounts.

 By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Analyze an account to identify additional opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase account penetration.
  • Identify ways to use the management hierarchy and other resources to aid in account development.
