E-Learning Programs

All our training material is developed by consultants who are former retailers. This gives our training it's highly practical approach, based on our leading edge work in the retail arena. Learning Services Portfolio

As this chart shows, our offer starts with self-paced learning delivered over the web or on CD-ROM. We provide e-mail support to those studying our programs for a modest support charge. Our e-learning programs include self-testing for the learner, and may also include central capture and reporting of test results.

At the next level, we present one to two hour web seminars on specific topics. Often, these include specialist subjects such as CRM, supply chain management and so on. These allow students a greater degree of interaction with the instructor and can also include testing.

One of the hallmarks of our instructor led classes is the depth of the student documentation. This allows the student to concentrate on mastering the subject matter, rather than trying to write cryptic notes that he or she will not understand in three months time. Our class manuals provide valuable documentation and support long after the class is over.
In addition to providing pre-developed classes, we also supply expert, high quality content that can be incorporated into your corporate university or in-house developed training programs. We have a library of approximately 350 learning objects, which exist as Microsoft Word documents. Each is complete with:
- Topic objectives
- Base content
- A self test quiz or exercise
- Graphics and charts
Some objects also include a commentary on international differences, guidance on best practices and additional information, where appropriate.
