Instructor Led Classes

Individual classes are described in more detail in the pages that follow.

Each class can be run as an "off-the-shelf" program or it can be customized to a client's specific requirements. We also develop complete custom classes from scratch. Our standard classes are two-day programs supported by very comprehensive student manuals, typically 200 or more pages. Our student manuals offer complete documentation of the content so that they serve as valuable reference manuals long after the class is over. They also allow the student to concentrate on class participation, rather than trying to capture detailed notes.

All of our standard online and instructor-led classes are certified for Continuing Professional Development.
